Koya Ahmiegbe is a seasoned hospitality consultant with over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence, service transformation, and people development across Nigeria’s hospitality and service industries.
She has held senior leadership roles across leading hotels including Hotel Bon Voyage, Park Inn by Radisson Lagos Victoria Island, and The Sojourner Hotel, where she led operations, human resources, and general management functions with a strong focus on performance, structure, and service excellence.
In 2021, she played a pioneering role in establishing the International Hospitality Institute in Nigeria as Director of Administration and Training, and was recognized among the Most Powerful People in African Hospitality (2022).
Koya has also brought her expertise into the corporate sector, where she has been headhunted by CFAO Mobility to set up and lead the Customer Relations function for Toyota Nigeria, successfully driving customer experience strategy and service culture transformation.

She is a Fellow of the Association of Tourism and Hospitality Consultants of Nigeria(ATHCON) and the Principal Service Officer of Zeta Hospitality Nigeria Ltd, where she partners with hospitality businesses to build sustainable systems, strengthen service culture, and drive profitability.
