Zeta Hospitality is led by Koya Ahmiegbe and Olanrewaju Oredola

She is a seasoned hospitality professional with nearly two decades of experience across hotel operations, human resources, customer relations, training, and general management. She has held senior leadership roles in leading hotels and multinational organizations and has been recognized among the Most Powerful People in African Hospitality 2022.

Her leadership philosophy is built on excellence, integrity, structure, and service impact, which continues to shape the company’s consulting approach and client success.

Olanrewaju Oredola is a business and product development professional with close to two decades of experience, specializing in hotel revenue management, finance, product development and project management. Known for ethical leadership grounded in integrity with a strong commitment to developing human capital and building high-performing teams.
